  • All of our building inspections are scheduled and performed virtually through our app by using a smartphone or tablet. We currently accept inspections known as "Offline Field Reports" for mid-roof, final roof, and aluminum inspections. Other building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections require scheduling a Video Inspection with a member of our team. Both Offline Field Reports and Video Inspections can be submitted through our app.

    • No. FCC handles only code-compliance inspections (e.g., building, electrical, plumbing).

    • P&Z, Drainage, Culvert, Landscaping, Grading, Fire, Public Works, etc. must be scheduled through your local Building or Planning & Zoning Department.

    • Freedom Code Compliance (or your municipality’s Building Department) will send you an inspection list when your permit is issued.

    • You can also find required inspections printed on your physical or digital permit card.

    • If anything is unclear, contact us or your local Building Department before scheduling.

    • Inspection reports are sent to the jurisdiction the following business day.

    • If your inspection is marked “Complete” by 3:30 PM local time, you’ll receive same-day results.

Get Back to Building — Without the Wait.

After a hurricane or major storm, local building departments can be overwhelmed for weeks—or even months—creating costly delays for your projects. By partnering with a licensed private provider, you can bypass the backlog, keep inspections moving, and start rebuilding right away. Don’t let red tape slow you down—restore faster, protect your schedule, and get homeowners back where they belong.
